Jagshey Pipariya is a Partner in the Strata, Property & Land Disputes team at LPP Law, bringing eight years of professional experience to his role. He is an advocate and solicitor qualified in both Malaysia and the United Kingdom, and has represented private individuals and corporations at all levels of the Malaysian courts. His practice also encompasses arbitration, mediation, and adjudication, with a focus on strata and property law, land disputes, insurance law, contractual litigation, and sports law- areas in which he regularly advises on complex and multi-disciplinary issues.
He began his legal career with Arbain & Co. in 2017 before joining Thomas Philip, where he practised until 2023. He subsequently broadened his expertise by serving in Bursa Malaysia’s Regulation Department, gaining invaluable regulatory and industry insight, before re-entering private practice with LPP Law in 2025.
Jagshey is admitted to the Bar of England and Wales (Lincoln’s Inn) and to the Malaysian Bar, and holds accreditations as a Civil and Commercial Mediator in the UK as well as a Certificate in Sports Arbitration. Beyond his practice, Jagshey is an active contributor to legal scholarship, having authored several publications on property and strata law, highlighting recent issues involving management bodies, proprietors and property managers of a development.
Jagshey’s commitment to sports law and governance is reflected in his roles on the Results Management Committee of the Anti-Doping Agency of Malaysia (ADAMAS), on the Appeals Committee of the Malaysian Football League (MFL), and as a member of the Sports Law Association of Malaysia (SLAM).
