Rezan Ezra is a Partner in the Projects, Infrastructure & Technology practice group at LPP Law. He began his legal journey with a brief pupillage at Ariff Rozhan & Co., before returning to his home state of Sabah in 2021 to complete his pupillage with Messrs Shelley Yap. He then continued his career in Peninsular Malaysia, practising at Thomas Philip in Kuala Lumpur, where he spent the majority of his career prior to joining LPP Law.
Rezan is admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of both the High Court of Malaya (2021) and the High Court of Sabah (2022). With his years of practice, he has built a diverse practice spanning both contentious and non-contentious matters across industries such as plantation, oil & gas, renewable energy, construction, and technology. He regularly represents clients at all levels of the Malaysian courts, is active in commercial arbitration, and has contributed to legal scholarship as a co-author of the Atkins Court Forms & Commentaries (Construction Law).
